Found a similar trade in Reddit. Grizzlies take a swing on Jalen, who has been reamed by NBA fans since the playoffs. But a backcourt of him and Ja could be electric. It's easy to forget how good Jalen was during the regular season, if a bit up and down (though as a Houston fan it was much more up than down). He plays different to Bane but the athleticism between him and Ja would be insane. CamJo will fill in at the 3, which will help with the shooting list by Bane. Also just a really good solid player who could take over in spurts. They resign Kennard, and sign D'Ron Sharpe away from the Nets.

Houston get a sharpshooter to do exactly that. Houstons biggest issue was it's shooting this season and being able to rely on someone to hit a big game changing shot. They were also dead last in the league in ft% where Bane hit almost 90% this year. Houston also renounce a bunch of contracts to make room to resign Jabari and Tari, and move Brooks for more cap relief (I genuinely like Dillon Brooks, so this isn't just a move to move him). This doesn't take into account FVV new contract negotiations.

The Nets is the team I follow the least here. But they get the 27' pick swap back which is the only thing standing in the way of a full rebuild. Not sure if they ever go for a full rebuild. But I think Brooks and the 27' is more than fair value for CamJo.
