This can be done in the off-season when Paolo's extension kicks in and the contracts match. Depending on how you value each of these players some assets could be added to the trade but I think that in terms of fit it actually kind of makes sense. Franz and Paolo clash with each other, and the Magic need more shooting. MPJ can space the floor with Bane and if he's got too many injuries or he doesn't play well his contract expires the next year. Paolo will be able to star as the high usage center of the offense he wants to be in a rebuilding Nets, who now have a young star with plenty of potential under contract for a while.
