This is the best trade I could think of and what I've seen the only that is both the best offer and that can actually work (Warriors trade is hard, Raptors offer was worse, Pistons fit would look off). Mavs get their young player in Zaccharie Risacher and then 2 expiring contracts with Kristaps Porzingis and Luke Kennard and finally 2 Future 1st round draft picks. Hawks get AD who they have been really interested in and could be a title contender in the East if AD is healthy that is. Nets is just here to make salary work plus they get a 2nd round pick to add to their boat load of picks. The only way this trade wont work is if the Hawks decline due to what they are giving out, Although Kristaps Porzingis might have alot of value, I dont really see that due to injuries, more injury prone then AD and the 2 1st picks might be too much but I am just look at the best return for the Mavs. In summary Mavs get off AD with a young player, expiring contracts and future picks and can fully tank for this stacked draft class. Hawks get AD next to Trae Young and Jalen Johnson, could be heavy contenders in the East if AD is healthy. Nets for salary purposes and they get a pick. FYI I am a Mavs fan so if this seems bias then my apologies but this is just the best trade I can think of that'll benefit the Mavs the most.
