FULL TRADE EXPLANATION:
CLIPPERS
Clippers are garbage; they suck. This team isn't working, they need a full revamp with full control of their future picks.
In order to get control of some of their picks, they trade Kawhi. As of now, he has a little bit of trade value, but i think there is one team that might be willing to trade for him—Philadelphia 76ers.

Nick Nurse's superstar in that 2019 legendary championship run with Toronto and Lowry's former teammate, Kawhi has connections within the organization.
They're sitting at 14-10, with PG, to no surprise, in street clothes. And when he did play, he isn't as productive as they expected him to be when they paid him that enormous contract.
Kawhi, though still injury prone, when playing, is 10x more productive than PG. He declined a bit on the defensive side, but his offensive prowess is still at a high level. His offense alone takes a huge load off Maxey's shoulders.
So an injury prone for another injury prone? Well yeah, considering PG has no value with 3 yrs left on his contract. Getting Kawhi, who only has 2 yrs left in his contract, being 1000x more productive than PG, while also not giving up that much for him, is a huge win for them.
But will Clippers take PG back? They're idiot to do so. I agree, that's why they'll trade him to where players careers die, Wizards
WIZARDS
Does this trade makes sense for them? Well for me, it does. They take in PG's contract and Beal's in exchange for a 2032 pick that could be very very valuable, while trading players not part of their future.
But would the Clippers do that though? Yeah, they get expiring contracts. they open up their cap space and sign players much fitting to the identity they would want to create. Offloading PG's contract is never easy, no one would just accept a declining 35 yr old with a 50M contract.
WARRIORS
Lastly, the mediocre Warriors. Getting Giannis is a dream, but for what assets? Kuminga? Moody? Bucks will get much better offers than that, so they shift their focus away to Zubac.
Zubac is a strong, defensive, post scoring center. Just exactly what the Warriors need. Clippers won't just give him up, so the Warriors have to if you might say overpay for an All-NBA defender.
Will the Clippers accept that trade proposal though? That's another story, but two picks and a young player that has a high potential? Clippers might consider it.
