Who says no?
Hawks get off their two biggest contracts for a floor spacer in Lauri and Backup center in Nurkic hopefully allowing themselves to win a weak eastern conference and make it to a NBA finals. Plus Walter Clayton is a fun piece that can help alleviate some of the floor spacing behind Dyson Daniels.
Jazz get to "ethically" tank 1 more year hopefully netting them potentially two top 10 picks in this years draft plus Trae Young, who can help some of these young guys, and Kuminga and Matherin who could both do well with getting a lot of opportunities for this team. Jazz would probably look to shop Trae although Trae has been on the trade block for about 45 years now and very little interest has been found.
Pacers get their future center in Kessler that also fits there timeline. Giving up Mathurin hurts but they probably can't afford him in free agency anyway so getting something for nothing is a huge win, especially since Kessler is also out meaning they get a chance to "ethically" tank as well for AJ, Cam, or Peterson just in time for Haliburton and Kessler's returns.
Warriors get depth for a disgruntled Kuminga. The jazz potentially throw in a 2nd to balance it out a little more.
