This will mainly be a pick heavy return for Giannis. We’ve seen in the past that sometimes teams like a pick heavy return for stars instead of players. Bucks also get control of their picks back starting in 2028 so they can start tanking then with PGs and Turners contract off the books or by trading them for extra value.
