Why the teams would do this?

• Warriors could get the best out of the rest of Steph's career by adding Kawhi

• Kawhi not only fits Curry's timeline but had probably his best season since his 2019 Raptors year

• 76ers add even more to their big 3

• Kuminga won't be rushed into developing a consistent jumper with floor spacers around him

• Gives the 76ers a deep roster and one better than the Knicks

• Clippers are in a bad spot without Kawhi anyway, even with a good start to their season

• They get an unprotected 76ers first round pick in 2026, which would be their only pick that they have full ownership over until the 2030 season

• Harden gets some pieces who can contribute to stay in the play in race, while also adding some nice young assets to their team
