I know this trade is very unlikely with teams not wanting to tank or trade in the same conference but I think this is a trade that helps all parties compete or get younger and picks.

With James Harden future departure looming the 76ers will have less talent on the team. With them considering Maxey as untouchable it’s time to restart the process and trade Embid who wants to win and would love to play with his friend Jimmy Butler. With this trade the 76ers are trading Embid, Korkmaz, and and Tucker and are receiving 4 young players, and 4 first rd picks and taking on the contracts of Lonzo and Nurkic. They than can trade harden, and Harris this off-season or build Harris’s trade value up and trade him later in the season while also handing the reigns over to maxey.

Line up would look something like Maxey, Jaquez, Jovic, Harris, Nurkic Bench Melton, Thomas, house, sharp

Heat are trading for current MVP Joel Embid, while getting quality starters and role players in Dinwiddie, Korkmaz, and Finny Smith while getting off of Robison and Lowrys contract. It does cost them picks and young players but for a win now team this helps them while also allowing them to keep Herro. Line up would look something like Dinwiddie, Martin, Butler, DFS, Embid With a bench of Herro, Richardson, Korkmaz, Love, Bryant

Nets trade the most here sending 4 young players, multiple picks, and some role players while getting out of Simmons contract to build the next “Super Team”. Nets starting line up would look like Lillard, Derozan, Bridges, Johnson, adebayo With the bench consisting of Summer, O’Neal, Walker

Bulls are trading Derozan for Simmons and tucker and two first rd picks. They are allowing Lavine to be the guy, while getting off of Ball’s contract. They are hoping Simmons can return to form if not they did receive picks. Starting line up would look like Caruso, Lavine, Simmons, Williams, Vucevic With the bench consisting of Carter, Dosumun, Craig, tucker, Drummond

Blazers trade Lillard and get off Nurkics contract and get multiple first rd picks, young players as well as getting lowrys expiring contract and Duncan’s contract. Starting line up would look like Simons, Henderson, Sharpe, Grant, Claxton With the bench consisting of Johnson, Little, Robison, whitehead, clowney. With this trade they could move to a sign and trade for grant or trade him eventually during the season. They could also keep Lowry for his veteran presence or cut him and pay him and let him sign with another team.
