Worst case scenario:
NBA voids Kawhi Leonards contract.
Kawhi Leonard signs with Lakers after a potential suspension.
NBA voids Clippers next available 3 1st round picks.
Balmer forced to sell team.
Clippers fined 10 million dollars.
I'm aware of the recently updated CBA punishments for cap circumvention, but the NBA is a private company and can punish the clippers for any other thing they can think of. It could be "conduct detrimental to the integrity of the game" and they would make an example out of the Clippers. I'm not sure how happy the other 29 owners are about what the Clippers did.
