Just wanted to mention that I'm a wizards fan but I think this is a fair trade for everybody overall. (it basically expands upon the KD trade) You might even argue wizards lose this trade.

Why the wizards do this: this provides them enough picks to possibly move up in the draft if they want to trade up for VJ, Ace, or even Fears (would not want that but possible). The biggest reason why I like this is because we get a lot of draft capital back. Bradley beal could basically be used in a bench scorer/mentor role now for the wizards which I think he would be willing to do since he was drafted by DC.

Why Suns do this: They want to get rid of bradley beal, they save money, and this means they don't have to buy bradley beal out. Plus they get a center and more size which they desperately need.

Why houston would do this: this is basically the same picks they offered to Phoenix, so instead it would just be moving to DC instead now. nothing changes for them.

Why bradley beal would do this: He could become the wizards all time leading scorer this way (hopefully on the bench not as a starter), he would be back home, and he'd be in a situation where winning isn't a huge priority atm. Plus this means he doesn't have to lower his salary in a buy out situation.
