I feel like we’re at a perfect point in the nba where the talent getting too much for the amount of teams we have.

So if I were too start a team personally I think it would look something like this!

Are first couple of years are probably going to be kinda ruff as we won’t have a high value “star” talent to look forward to building around but there some names and entertaining players we can build around who have high name value and high boom potential. Give fans a reason to not only come see are games but players that might have potential to be more then they been with the opportunity they get with this team!

So as my 2 big signings it would be

• Cam Thomas

• Jonathan kumminga

I think out of all the players in free agency they’re the highest potential boom players that teams don’t seem willing to give a big contract too. We will have that room to give a big contract as there a certain amount of money you have to spend as an nba team.

As far as the rest of team I’m looking for players that have clear talent, are entertaining, and can be better with opportunity!

That would give me a 9 player core with players that are unique enough and have high enough potential to be solid to great NBA players.

I’d want a head coach who a good floor raiser even though I don’t expect to make the playoffs or anything like that I’d want to install a winning mindset/ culture as fast as possible and that’s why I think th coach I would sign would be:

• Tom Thibodeau

Though I think he has his flaws for coaching incredibly talented teams as his ceiling as a coach seems low I think his floor as a coach is pretty high!

I would like to offer my core around 2 to 3year contracts on the lower end with talks of extensions if they play well and fill the rest of the roster out with younger athletic prospects who either project to be great defenders are have already shown those abilities.

We would have a fast paste identity where I think we would start:

Yuki Cam Thomas Reddish Kumminga Bol

Then in rotations when Mac McClung comes in Ben Simmons would also go in most likely for Bol or reddish. Cam Thomas and Jonathan kumminga being are highest paid players would most likely start of as playing the most minutes but I plan in rotations to have one of either yuki or Simmons in at all times to always have a good playmaker/passer on the court.
