Spurs get rid of the awful Fox contract and still get a player who averaged 24 points a game, which is why they attach 2 firsts and get the Mann contract. Still, MPJ fits nicely with Wemby, but after trading Fox and looking to start Harper, there’s almost no guards off the bench. So they incorporate a three team deal by trading KJ which I know it sucks, but he doesn’t really fit with the team that much, and getting Scoot off the bench as a possible 6moy candidate is a good replacement when you’re talking about needed positioning. I think Fox could develop nicely into a very good vet for guys like Mikel Brown and Egor Demin. Plus he could revamp his numbers and show why is contract isn’t awful and probably be the leading scorer over Randle in Brooklyn. Getting off Mann and receiving 2 decent FRPs is good too.
