Pelicans' new Starting lineup: PG - Bradley Beal, SG - CJ McCollum, SF - Brandon Ingram, PF - Zion Williamson, C - Jonas Valančiūnas
6th man: Devonte' Graham
7th man: Trey Murphy
NOTE: Bradley Beal actually HAS played Point Guard before, is actually quite good at it, and is open to playing more Point Guard. Beal is also a better playmaker than Graham, so this is an improvement for the Pels' PG position. Additionally, Brandon Ingram is a Point-Forward and is very capable of being a playmaker, and even Zion Williamson is a good Point Guard - he played good minutes at PG last season.
Also, Pels would keep Zion using his team-option for 2 more seasons and then sign him to a 5 year/$210 million contract.
Wizards' new Starting lineup: PG - Nickeil Alexander-Walker, SG - Corey Kispert, SF - Deni Avdija, PF - Rui Hachimura, C - Jaxson Hayes
6th man: Aaron Holiday
7th man: Daniel Gafford
NOTE: Wizards would embrace a new rebuild and re-tool around their young core.
Why Blazers say yes: CJ's trade value is low at the moment, it is unlikely that Blazers would receive Ben Simmons in a deal involving CJ. So instead here they get roster depth and young players, along with draft picks. The Blazers would start Norman Powell at SG, and then could trade pieces for a solid SF like Dillon Brooks.
Why Lakers say yes: Trading Marc Gasol and 2 SRPs for a solid playmaker in Garrett Temple and another young role player in Cody Martin is an upgrade.
Why Hornets say yes: Hornets were looking to trade for Satoranský recently, so here they get Satoranský as well as a solid defensive Center in Marc Gasol (better defence than Plumlee) for Cody Martin, Wes Iwundu, and a late SRP.
If you dislike please say why.
