Both sides tell me what they think of this trade. LA needs a center and I think Portland should be willing to give up Ayton, especially given they have Clingan as their likely center of the future. LA can try and see if they can get Ayton back to where he was in 2021. I think he fits nicely on this team and Kris Murray is a nice piece as well. I'm not sure if Portland is stoked about giving up Murray but getting a couple picks and some nice role players and off-loading Ayton maybe makes it worth it.
