I am not sure whether I am valuing Ayton too much or too little, but I think this trade seems fair and beneficial to all parties.

The Suns are paying big money to CP3, Booker, and Bridges, so if they give ayton the Max they will be sacrificing a lot of depth. The loose ayton to Indiana, but they get back Turner who is very solid defensively, and would probably cost 10-12 million less a year. The also get another young player with potential in Rui. At the vary least he is good wing depth. This move brings in talent but also allows for financial flexibility.

Indiana gets a really good big man that fits their current timeline. The will have a ton of players on rookie deals and have a lot of expiring contacts, so they could afford Ayton. They lose their two best veterans, but Tyreece and Ayton make Brogan and turner less useful. They also get Kispert who can be a good role player.

The Wizards get Brogan who is a much better player than spencer dinwidde, when he is healthy. They are giving up a player in rui who hasn't played for them in a while, and kispert who has potential but is already quite old for a rookie. A healthy Brogdan, Beal, Kuzma, and Kristaps could actually be a playoff team that convinces Beal to stay.
