Simple trade as Blazers send Grant, Williams and picks to the Blazers for Middleton(exp) and Kispert. This deal is to free Grants contract giving the Blazers a good amount to go into next free agency. Some notable guys are Trae Young, Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura, John Collins, Tobias Harris, Kristaps Porzingis, Coby White, Jonathan Kuminga, Lu Dort, Dyson Daniels and Benedict Mathurin. Just a few names and some other moves would have to be made if they expect a Trae Young but this is a starting point. As for Middleton and Kispert they both bring wing depth off the bench to help keep them competitive next year. Blazers are a sneaky team with a terrific defense who I can see sneaking into the play in and fight for a 7-8 seed.

As for the Wizards this just gives Wizards some draft capital moving forward. They're rebuilding and have tons of young talent on rookie deals that they can afford to take Grants deal.
