Brooklyn have 5 1sts this season and some pick swaps against top contending teams. GSW on the otherhand have older core players in which they would likely be on the decline for the next few years.
Having said that, I think both teams benefit from this trade. Brooklyn will get an unprotected pick from the Warriors, when Steph, Jimmy and Dray are probably retired, or atleast already at veteran roles making it possibly a lottery pick. Warriors get picks that are vital to pivot into win now mode, either by trading all of them or using the 25' pick and trade the rest for a win now move.
The pick from the GSW can also be a further pick, like their 31' pick.
