This trade is not exact and some of the values can be adjusted by a few 1sts, but here is the breakdown
Mavericks: Their season this year is over, and if Nico Harrison doesn't get fired this offseason, he needs to make a swing to save his job. KD is that. 4 firsts and 3 role players with a prospect in Christie is a steep price, but I think he'd be willing to pay that, with Ryan Dunn as a sweetener.
Suns: Matt Ishbia finally gives up the charade of them still be contenders. They give it all up, and move on for a decent haul of picks and players. They do have to move on from picks to get rid of Beal though. I put three in this trade, which is probably excessive, but this can be adjusted
Magic: This Magic do a couple of things. Firstly, they cede that they are not championship contenders right now, and push their window down the road for a few years. In the meantime, although Beal's salary is a major issue, he can still boost their offense right now. The main prize are the 3 firsts. It is probably doubtful that they'd actually be able to get this, but Christie and 3 firsts for taking on Beal's contract is a steal.
Rockets: The Rockets go all in. Booker is only 28, and so this trade builds a concrete runway of about 6-7 years of contention before any drastic moves have to be made, at very little player costs. The 1sts do hurt, but I think that if you are the Rockets and this comes to you, you take it every day.
