Here's a hot take: Ben Simmons is better than Nikola Jokic right now. Sure, Jokic just won an MVP. He might be an all time caliber offensive player. But I would prefer to have Simmons if I'm Denver. If Ben Simmons played in the same role as Jokic, he would be an MVP too. Simmons is clearly big enough to be a center, and has the skill to do it too.

Jokic's role is clearly the star of the franchise. Giving Simmons the keys to a team would give him the confidence he needs to elevate his scoring to Jokic's level which would make him a contender for both MVP and DPOY for years to come.
