You can probably add some picks. But I think makes sense for all teams involved. The wizard get a good point guard next to Beal (I would probably have them try to resign Tingus Pingus and Kuzma). Let's be honest they are not gonna win a chip with this group but It's a wizard type move.

The raptors finally get a real centre that will rebound and slow down Embiid (if Ayton decides to develop). The raptors would probably also trade OJ for a good SG during the off season.

The suns replace CP3 and Ayton and also add a bit of depth while simultaneously getting rid of some bad contracts.

The Jazz get rid of expiring contracts and get a somewhat young player with potential (Avdija). They would probably get a couple second round picks in the deal.
