Embiid getting sidelined for a majority of the remainder of the season may conflict with the 76ers playoff hopes, as they have been horrible without him. The Sixers are in great need of some depth, and completing this trade gives them a great spacing big in Kelly Olynyk, a great two-way guard in Kris Dunn, and a full-blown bucket getter in Jordan Clarkson. The Jazz on the other hand, get the massive expiring contract of Tobias Harris, which can be used at the end of the season to sign a max player in free agency, as well as accumulating 2 2nd round picks and a young player in KJ Martin.
