Hawks: trading Patty Mills and a mid-to-late first for Dorian Finney-Smith. Dorian immediately comes in as a starter, Dorian goes into the John Collins TPE, they're still under the tax.
Nets: trading two firsts and three good role players (who just don't really fit with the team) for Siakam and Nassir Little. Siakam and Mikal would be a great duo, the team would still be deep.
Raptors: Separate reports have been coming out that they're looking to trade for Herro and looking to trade Siakam. This accomplishes both of those, while they also attain two picks.
Heat: They get Dame while ducking the second apron and adding an additional starter. Stil lack a backup point guard but they can get one in free agency (Austin Rivers comes to mind). They give up Herro, Jovic, three firsts, and two seconds (plus Lowry as salary filler), but they add a top-10 player to a team with Jimmy and Bam. Immediate favorites to come out of the east.
Blazers: Trade Dame and Nassir Little, get back a bunch of expirings, Jovic (developmental piece), and Achiuwa (probably starts at the 5 for them, because Nurkic has his disagreements with the modern NBA). They also get 4 first and two seconds, and can flip Grant at the deadline, separately.
