Trade 1: Ja and GG for Claxton and picks. Trade 2: JJJ to San Antonio for Branham and picks, Bane and Barnes to Philly for PG and picks. Trade 3: Grizz flip Claxton to LA for Rui, Vincent, and a pick.

These trades are not going to happen and probably aren't the most realistic, but if Memphis is going to punt on this iteration of the team, they have to tear it all down and immediately sell the fanbase on hope. Selling off one member of their core for picks and flotsam doesn't make sense.
