76ers: The focus here is depth. Starting 5: Maxey, Edgecombe, PG13, Santi, Gafford. Bench: Philon, Klay, Naji, Wade, Hukporti??. Hopefully they find a better backup 5. But this gives this injury riddle team lots of depth to work with, in terms of talent I think they are perfectly fine.
Mavs: The Mavs were glancing at Kawhi, they are holding onto Kyrie, so it seems like they want to compete. Obviously here they are banking on Embiid's health, but I think it's worth the risk. Embiid is miles better than Gafford, Klay is deadweight to them, Naji is a bench player and they get off Cody Martin? It doesn't matter he sucks. They give up a Lakers first that will probably be in the early 20's. It's really not much sacrifice here, the 76ers benefit from the players they are getting a lot more than they are right now. They also get Pippen Jr. who can slot in as the third string point guard and Bona for additional big man depth.
Grizzlies: Santi is slightly ahead of the rebuilding timeline, and could be useful on a contender, so they trade him for a first and a couple seconds and they also get some wing depth. Broome can be a g-league project.
