• Denver can keep their championship window open by adding more pieces to a very weak second unit.

• Raptors add more pieces around Scottie, reducing his scoring load but leaning in to his other strengths (Playmaking, Defense)

• Nets take a chance on Ochai, Bruce Brown as a salary dump and can have Hunter to move alongside other further down the line. They will also add a 1st and a few second round picks to build towards their future.

• Hawks free up a role for Risacher while also allowing both Clint Capela and Larry Nance Jr to be used as contracts to trade to retool around Trae Young or rebuild after him.

Denver-

• Kobe Bufkin has great defensive and playmaking upside, while their other players can take and share his offensive responsibilities between them

• If the bench offence is not clicking, then the defence provided by this improved bench can keep the Nuggets in the game

• MPJ's contract is really limiting what Denver's ceiling post championship can be.

• Cam Johnson really can be a sparkplug of the bench, while DFS can help Denver's perimeter defence and hit catch and shoot 3's as he's in the smallest role he's ever been in.

Raptors-

• Scottie's ability to playmake and defend will be utilised best with 3 score first players in MPJ, IQ and RJ Barret

• They get off Bruce Brown's $23 million contract while also freeing up more minutes for sophomore Gradey Dick and rookie Ja'Kobe Walter

• They will also add more rebounding in young center Day'Ron Sharpe

Nets & Hawks-

• They add nothing notable, simply doing this trade to get players they can flip down the line or to free up minutes for rookies and young players
