If I'm Boston I say yes to this everyday cuz you save some money while also getting a really decent player that only have one year left in his contract to stand in for Tatum and also Caleb Martin for the next 3 years who's one of the best "role player" in this league imo.

Dallas need a PG to stand in for Kyrie till December - January cuz they are in a Win Now window and they can't stay without a good PG for the first 3 months of the season especially with how good the West is. Jrue Holiday is one of the best option in the market imo even if he's expensive with a long contract cuz he's one of the best defender in the league and imagine having him with AD ; Flagg ; Klay and Kyrie on the court at the same time, you probably have one of the best offense and defense in the league and if they can stay healthy, your way to the title is wild open because beating you 4 times in 7 games gonna be really difficult.
