Sixers get young Herro, an ok backup centre behind Embiid and two very nice first-round picks tied to the Heat. They do however give up Harden.

The Nets retake Harden and trade for useful big man Jusuf Nurkic while giving up inconsistent Simmons, role player O'Neale and rising tall Claxton.

Miami takes Dame + Royce O'Neale which gives them scoring and defense while giving up Lowry's big contract to the Pacers, Herro and 2 first-round picks.

Portland gets a first-round pick with swap rights belonging to Houston, role player Buddy Hield, rookie of the year Ben Simmons and ever-useful Claxton. They give up Dame who obviously handed in his trade request and Jusuf Nurkic along with a first-round pick.

The Pacers absorb Lowry's contract to get Haliburton a mentor while also netting a first-round pick tied to Portland in 2029. They give up shooting guard Buddy Hield and out-of-rotation centre Daniel Theis.

It's pretty obvious why the 76ers, Heat and Nets take the trade but I think Portland and Indiana are about 50-50.
