Keon Ellis and Kispert are very high IQ and should be instant impact role players.Keon Ellis is an amazing defensive playmaker, and Kispert is an excellent marksman that navigates really well off the ball.Both would add to the Magic's deficiencies and could be pivotal in a playoff run or turning an underwhelming season around.Cp3 is also there almost as a assistant coach more than anything. Hopefully with a young team he'd be able to help guide that locker room in the right direction.
