Out of the blue Cavs can pull this off easily. There might be no better offer than this, Garland and Mobley are both very young, and both playing on All Star/All NBA level. If Milwaukee don't want to tank and stay competitive this could be it.

Some might see letting Mobley go a little weird, but Cavs could be impatient after a quick 2nd round exit this year.

This is also a great deal for Giannis, if he prioritizes another championship run. East could be as open as never before next year with Tatum not playing.
