Fox puts Houston over the top!

SUCCESS

Fox has advised the Kings to trade him as he's likely not going to resign. The Kings won't want to go full rebuild and instead will want a mix of good players to remain competitive with draft capital.

Kings: FVV helps Sacramento right now in a similar way he's done for Houston. Will still be a good fit with Sabonis and DeRozan and can assist mentoring the young core Sacramento will now have. Adding Sheppard and Whitmore + picks to a young core of Keegan Murray, Devin Carter and Keon Ellis are a really nice mix for the Kings going forward. This also gives Monk an opportunity to pick up more of an offensive load with the starters and opens up minutes for the new young guys that they weren't getting in Houston.

Rockets: Houston gets their guy in Fox instead of waiting for Phoenix to implode. They have to take on Heurter in the deal which isn't ideal, but he can at least play some minutes where needed and can play his way into the rotation especially if he's knocking down his outside shots. The worry this whole season for Houston is that they didn't have a guy they could trust to get them a bucket late in games, especially in the playoffs. Fox is that clutch scorer they need while still being a very good defender, fits their identity like a glove. Also, helps that he's already building a house in Houston!
