Reason this could happen: The Warriors get off of injured Jimmy Butler, get off of Kuminga, reunite Klay with Steph, and bring in some size. If AD gets healthy and can stay healthy (yeah right) for the playoffs this is a huge win.

Mavs take on a bunch of injured for this season guys with the eye to compete again as soon as next season, and they get draft capital too as well as getting a bit younger. They can look to sell Butler in the offseason or see what he can bring on one last run when healthy again next season.
