Magic: get trae young, get better fit around paolo. well they probably not doing this but if sugg isn't good enough as a pg and they think franz and paolo isnt a good fit then this would make sense. since they gut all their picks for Bane this would be their relistic way to get Trae

Hawks: getting future asset while staying competitive. if they can't extend trae this is a pretty good haul for him. they can try go competitive while developing young guy. they flip lavine in next year when his contract expire for some asset or use that cap space to sign a big guy. they probably want to tank post trae young though but i think they kinda too good to tank so they develope winning culture instead.

Kings: get younger and get the frontcourt they always need, also get the Germany guys together. the number of picks or keon ellis involve or not depends on trae young price at the time, could be lower if Trae Young is the one request a trade.
