Brooklyn - Hits the reset button on this season while getting back some valuable players on reasonable contracts (Hield, Korkmaz, and Holmes) and completely restocking its trove of draft picks (22’ PHI 1st, 23’ SAC 1st, 27’ PHI 1st, 27’ SAC 1st - Lotto Protected, etc). Going forward they can assess this year if some of these guys are worth retaining or including in future deals to bring in other big name players to pair with Durant/Irving.

Philly - Gets the piece they’ve been waiting for all year in Harden while relieving themselves from the Simmons ordeal. This will be a make or break type deal for the Sixers however as they’ll be parting with two of the last available first-rounders they can move without violating the Stepien Rule, nevermind the age of Harden and their other superstar, Embiid.

Sacramento - Makes a major upgrade in their backcourt adding Simmons to the fold. The Kings will have to make some decisions going forward however regarding De’Aaron Fox’ status on the team. More likely than not, in order to recuperate some of the draft picks they’ll give up to get Simmons, they’ll have to explore Fox’ value in trade talks this upcoming offseason.
