Why Warriors make the trade:

• Warriors look to buy in to Steph and Klays timeline with win now moves

• Caruso is an upgrade from gp (currently injured) and provides a dpoy type impact consistently with the ability to knock down a shot or 2 from deep.

• Vuc while not a lob threat and not nearly the defender Looney is, adds a much need post threat to the Warriors. Vuc has the ability to create offense for himself downlow(not as good as Orlando Vuc but enough for timely buckets). He can also shoot from mid range and 3 which adds an additional threat and spacing when paired with Dray in addition to his ability to playmake.

Why bulls do it:

• If the bulls look to move on from the current big three and start a rebuild (need to trade Zach first). There aren't many promising young players that are available for trade like the Warriors have.

• Looney fills in for Vuc as the starting center as they look for a talent to fill the void

• Kuminga has superstar type potential and is more than enough of a reason for the bulls to trade culture setting Caruso away.

• While Moody doesn't have the ceiling that Kuminga has, Moody is already a high IQ player that can turn into a solid role player/starter for the future

• The 2nd round pick sweetens the deal as both young players have yet to prove they can consistent start with the bulls trading 2 starters.
