The Rockets want to trade John Wall, and this one makes some sense. The Clips get Kristaps, which as bad as he is at defense and as injury-prone as he is, he can be a decent second option, as he averaged 20 and 9 last year, while Kawhi is hurt. DJ Augustin can be used as a backup point guard since Eric Bledsoe is being traded. The Rockets are getting quite some for Wall. Luke Kennard and Ivica Zubac are solid young guys, Bledsoe can rebuild his value, and Powell can be a good mentor. The Mavericks are getting a second creator outside of Luka, and they get Danuel House, who is a good three and d player. Plus they get a late first and a second that has potential to be good.
