Disclaimer: IDK how much Toronto values Dick (lol), but that would majorly affect the draft capital sent to Charlotte.

Raptors end the confusion of having six players who deserve to start (quickly, Dick, Barrett, Ingram, Barnes, Poeltl) and get a much-needed PG upgrade. The question here, of course, is Lamelo's health. He has struggled to stay healthy, but they kept Kawhi's knee healthy when no one else has been able to, so maybe they feel confident in their PT staff. Toronto has the assets to acquire a PG since Quickly has so far not played to his contract. Lamelo would bring a new dynamic to this team that (IMO) would be primed to make a run in the East. They retain enough depth to make this move tenable in the event Lamelo does get injured. They lose some capital but get out paying Dick, saving them long-term money (as in Quickly's contract + Dick's extension).

CHA: Lamelo has been great when he's played, but those stretches are few and far between at this point. Maybe he stays healthy, but what if he doesn't? Charlotte avoids this possibility by trading him away for a haul. Quickly + young talent and two first-round picks. CHA increases their capital in the loaded 2026 draft and a more heavily protected 2029 FRP. Yes, they take in a bad contract, but the picks and young players make it worth it. Dick has improved greatly as he has gotten more PT, so giving him/Miller the keys to the franchise could further improve his development. I personally love Mogbo too (only rookie to have a triple double in the regular season) and think he could be a great jack of all trades type player.
