Suns: this is a great trade for the suns because I think that KPJ can replace CP3, yes, he isn't CP3, but he can be a perfect guy next to KD and Book to playmake for them. And, you get a first rounder from Houston and that isn't a necessity for Houston. (KPJ, Book, Okogie, KD, and possibly Ayton) Finals or bust for them.

Rockets: This is a good trade for them because CP3 can be a perfect leader next to Jalen Green and Jabari Smith. You give up a first for CP3 which could be a mishap by the rockets, but they can push the playoffs with their young core and their new coach that has been in the finals before in ime udoka. And, possibly Wemby... 5th or 6th seed or higher is the expectation for them next year. (CP3, Green, Jabari, Wemby?, and Alperun)
