The lakers want cap space for next offseason and that is why they aren't willing to part ways with two frps, but what if they could get what they want
Lakers - The lakers get T Ross, Josh Richardson and Jakob. They get an amazing bigman who can start, a nice wing who can play the SG and Terrance Ross as a nice scoring wing off the bench.
Spurs - The Spurs get rid of two expiring contracts and help their odds for the tank, while getting a valuable frp. They would most likely release Russ.
Orlando - The magic gets a first-round pick for parting ways with Terance ross
This is a win-win trade as the lakers get what they want and thus have to part ways with two frps, for getting what they want.
