Everybody gets what they want (and loses something in return but such is life)
Denver gets two competent role players to boost their Jokic championship window, and dump Nnaji’s contract on a rebuilder. They lose DaRon Holmes and still have to pay the price in the form of a 1st round pick. They will also need to renegotiate Bruce Brown to a new deal in UFA
Toronto has a hole in small forward spot, and they need shooting and size. Guess who delivers all of that??? They have to pay a 1st round pick in a very good draft for it and eat MPJ’s bad contract
Brooklyn wanted a prospect and 2 FRP for Cam Johnson. Well they get both, but they have to eat Nnaji’s contract for that, and one such FRP is a far away one.
Who says no??
