Orlando is looking to trade for an upgrade at PG and this is the best one that is supposedly available. Plus, they get Garland for solid value.

Why Cleveland does this:

Cleveland mainly does this for depth. They don’t have any good backups bigs for Mobley and Allen. Getting WCJ means that Mobley and Allen can get breaks. Although they downgrade at PG, Anthony can develop into a great scorer and defender. Plus, they get a first rounder and Jett who has a lot of potential.
