Let me just start by saying that this trade can be possible by August 29th. Also I will just say I think positionally for every team this trade is perfect, I just need to see what some players values are so I can see what picks should be added. That’s why I have you guys to help me out! Please read my whole description please and like flame and comment your response down below.
For the Cavs I think they definitely say yes if they don’t have to give up that much draft capital because Kornet as the backup five is great, and so is getting off the Schroeder contract. They also sign LeBron James which I think is gonna happen and sign clarkson to be the backup one. Also Fanspo wouldn’t let me resign Harden but that goes without saying because he’s not going to a different team. They should be the best team in the east if this happens. Their projected lineup is this:
PG Harden Clarkson SG Mitchell Merrill SF James Strus PF Mobley Tyson C Allen Kornet
For the spurs I think this goes without saying that they waive KCP immediately because he’s washed and no one wants to pay him 21 million dollars and he won’t play at all. As for the trade they get off the Fox contract and allow Harper to start and prosper to the star he is. Jerami Grant can start at power forward as well. They sign Bruce brown to be the backup one but he won’t play that much because Harper and castle will be playing a lot. By trading Kornet they allow quaintance to be the backup five and if he has injury issues they can play tarris reed. Their projected lineup is this Pg Harper brown sg castle Johnson sf vassell champagne pf Grant Bryant c wemby quaintance
For the grizzlies they replace ja morant with fox as the starting point guard and get off the grant contract. They also get off the KCP contract, even if it’s just one year left it’s still pretty bad. They also take on Schroeder likely for draft capital.
If you made it to the end thanks and again please like flame and comment your thoughts on what you think should be changed or what picks their should be. Thanks a lot guys!
