Mavs: They are kinda going through a rebuild phase, you get Steven Adams who i think boosts morale and would be a great mentor to Lively and Johnson. Him and Aldama can kinda split the vet minutes at the 4 and 5. Tari Eason is I think a jumbo wing with still untapped potential, the Rockets just resigned him to a lowball contract, so it would benefit a team like the Mavs a lot, if they still wanna splash in free agency while still having good contracts on their roster for depth. Eason is 25 so decent timeline fit. Sheppard is another guy, if Coop is going to eventually become the primary ball handler (point forward) and offball guard like Sheppard who can get the 3 up and hopefully become a serviceable defender, would be a nice fit next to Coop. Same with McBride, who's on a prove it contract that is due for an extension next year. They also get a 2027 first to look forward to for next year's draft.

Knicks: I honestly don't see Bridges getting traded anytime soon, but their center depth looks questionable, I know they just got Drummond, but Gafford adds that posterior defense and efficiency that the team could really use off the bench. PJ too, he can still stretch the floor and operate as a small ball big, with a mobile big like KAT and wing defenders with OG and Josh, I think PJ's fit would be really nice on this team. It also gives the Knicks simply more depth. They also get some seconds.

Rockets: I think they need another talent in the mix, I think Mikal is a great fit, he's simply 3-D and with VanVleet back I think it makes this team legitimate contenders, they need healthy guys in their rotation and Mikal is perfect for that. Naji Marshall bolsters their wing defense and post efficiency. I love this pick up for the Rockets.
