With Houston jumping up in the draft, I'll be interested to see what they do this offseason. I can see the Cavs doing just about anything with their roster this offseason, and this kind of makes some sense to me if they decided to trade Mitchell:

Why for all:

Rockets: Mitchell and FVV are really a perfect backcourt pairing. FVV is great off the ball, a good defender, and in many ways is a better version of Conley who Mitchell thrived with in Utah. Houston could have a really dynamic offense with those two on the perimeter, Sengun and Smith up front, and then Thompson, Whitmore, or whoever you want to place at SF.

Cavs: Cavs flip back to a youth movement. Not sure of the Garland/Green fit, but I think the value is there and worth trying. Eason is potentially a connective piece as a starter at SF or a bench piece at 3/4. Adams gives them a needed backup C. Cavs can pretty much take BPA at #3 with a lean toward 3/4.

Rockets are going to have to find another team to take Brooks because I don't think he and Mitchell like each other at all.
