Grizzlies take on a bad contract a nothing contract and get a future swap nothing really great but they don’t lose anything of long term importance basically a wash with potential upside
Cavs is an easy answer to see they get under the first apron ahead of the draft and add younger pieces to the team plus getting a first rounder from next year from Charlotte
Hornets upgrade at Center and they’d also do 3 other things in this hypothetical offseason
Resign Coby White to a 4 year 75 million dollar contract
And in the draft they’d add Hannes Steinbach at pick 14 and ideally Cameron Carr at pick 18 if that fails they could always trade back and see who’s available
They also keep salary cap space open in case they choose to make another trade in the season
Lemme know you’re thoughts and who says no and why
