WHY SHOULD ALL TEAMS INVOLVED DO THIS TRADE:

SPURS:

• They want KD. Though he's 37, He is still a 25 PPG on 50% FG scorer. Though not in his prime, he is still very very great.

• KD would be a good mentor to the young core pieces. Adding KD to this team alongside the development of Wemby and Castle would elevate this team from good to great.

SUNS:

• It's clear this superteam isn't working, so they acquire a younger playmaking combo guard ( which they desperately needed this season) to pair with Book could be a good idea.

• Sure, another star instead of focusing on depth. But Trae is the perfect fit in Phoenix. He would be their modern day Nash. Book could now just focus on scoring instead of carrying the playmaking load.

• Trae + Book and good defensive pieces around them could contend and go down the same path as what Indy did this season.

HAWKS:

• I could only see this happening if Trae chose to take his talents elsewhere. I personally think Trae will stay, considering the roster around him will only get better from now on.

• They get all of their picks back from San Antonio, and they could rebuild in peace.

• Losing Trae means they won't have any PG left, but I think Dyson and Jalen Johnson could take the playmaking role.
