As much as I hate to say it, this Suns trio won't work. They are putting Devin Booker in a position where he is uncomfortable playing. Booker is a two-way guard and a bucket-getter but nowhere near being a floor general or even being a primary playmaker. KD and Beal are also those types of Players and pairing up these three will not make them any better at being a title contender.

KD to Toronto for Young Guys and Draft Capital. The Raptors might be the only team that can afford to trade KD. Masai Ujiri has done this with Kawhia and could do this to KD making Toronto a threat in the East.

Heat to this to go all in, A Beal, Herro, Butler, Adebayo core would make them a top-3 team in the east. Bringing more firepower in Miami.

Suns do this to rebuild while contending. Surrounding Booker with Quality Guys who can complement his game and also earn draft capital will set the Suns on a bright road and direction. Terry Rozier or Bruce Brown can add veteran leadership and can facilitate. Duncan Robinson also has playoff experience. Gradey and Jakob are solid bench pieces.
