Reason why Jazz are getting a lot of draft capital is that they would have to buy out Bradley Beal immediately, that would be a requirement for Beal because he wants to contend and he has NT, and stretching that 110 or whatever they would agree on would affect them for several years.

Philly need a bigger front court and Markkanen does this and provides 2 way ability next to maxey and embiid.

Suns do this because they need to stay good as they don’t have their picks and PG will make them better instead of Bradley Beal, and they won’t need to have the buyout problems affecting their salary cap if they were to buyout Beal.
