Why wizards do this ? Wizards should rebuild yet Beal has a No trade clause in his contract allowing him to veto a trade not in his favor. Wizards get multiple first round picks from Nets and a good young player in Ben Simmons. Nets drop 3 FRP to convince Wizards that they should convince Beal not to use his No trade clause similar to Kevin Garnett going to the celtics. They also get young players with huge potential from warriors (Moody, Wiseman) and Blazers (Sharpe)

Why Nets do this ? To create a Big3 in KD, Kyrie, and Beal.

Why Warriors do this ? Reunion with GP2 and improve their front court with KP. This improves their defence while also improving their offence. Also this would allow them to have a big lineup if they want to keep KP to the 4 and Looney at the 5 or go small while still having paint presence with kuminga at the 4 and KP at the 5. Moody and Wiseman have potential in the future unfortunately not within Steph's timeline

Why Blazers do this ? To improve their front court and add defence. They could have a smaller lineup with Green at the 5 similar to the warriors setup Green could also facilitate even in crucial possessions due to his experience which would help lessen the load for lillard.
