Pretty simple. Keegan Murray has not jumped as much as the kings would have liked and are on the hook for 4 years ~100 mil. Kings are already getting off of ~70 mil between Zach Lavine and Deandre Hunter, why not add another 20 mill in cap via the kuzma contract? On the other hand Milwaukee takes a flier on Murray and gives him a high usage role around other young players to try and fee if he can get back to his rookie season performance.

Honestly not sure which way draft capital should go. Ig it depends on how negative do you view the Murray contract.
