I think they should trade their young assets and hope the players can lead them to at least some success
Rozier can be the new franchise PG for the Wizards, obviously he's not the best fit, but in the market, Rozier is probably the best PG available
They need this immediately help, idc if it's a bad fit on D. Johnny Davis is ass, showed nth, trade him here. Rui, half year deal, overlapped Kuz's role, trade him! Got a new PG, then trade their current PG

Hornets: although they will want at least 1 frp back for Rozier, cus of the big contract, not much teams want him and it's hard for them to get the frp.
Here they can get at least some young talents, Johnny Davis who looks ass, but see if he can at least hv some performance when he hv a bigger role. Rui who can play for half years, then Hornets can let him go and clear cap. Thybulle who can play as a great lockdown defender. Also 3 srps. This will be better for their future, giving the cap flexibility to them and rebuild again hopefully
76ers: do seem like that they can use a real backup PG, so i think they can stop playing Melton PG and get a real one. Milton’s role can then be lessen, replaced by a more experienced guard
